| Awards | 1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners in all events will receive trophies. Junior Division winners may compete for JUNIOR Grand Champion in kata and weapons. Youth Division winners may compete for YOUTH Grand Champion in kata and weapons. Grand Champions in Junior and Youth Divisions will receive a special prize each. First place Adult Division winners may compete for Tournament Grand Champion in kata and kumite. Tournament Grand Champions will receive $250 prize each. |
| Equipment | Contestants in kumite must have protective headgear, padded foot and hand gear,
and mouthpiece. Male kumite contestants must wear a groin cup. Safety glasses
with headband will be the only eyewear allowed. No jewelry will be worn. |
| Regulations | The Tournament Director, Sensei Mohsen, will specify rules for judging kata and
kumite during the Black Belt Meeting |
